Flattened T waves and prominent U waves (apparent QT interval prolongation)

- note the prominent U wave in leads V3 and V4 giving the conjoined T-U wave the appearance of a "camel's hump"- note the "apparently" prolonged QT interval in leads S2 and AVF - which is due to the fact that the T wave is actually a U wave with a flattened T wave merging into the following U wave
